It has been a very action-packed Sunday on the Japanese circuit of Suzuka, widely acknowledged as one of the most, if not the most, complex and demanding Formula 1 track among the others in the world. Due to the torrential rain on Saturday, stewards were obliged to reprogramme the qualifying on the same day with the race, so Sunday was highly busy. MERCEDES GP PETRONAS showed clear signs of positive improvement in the overall dynamics and pace. It seems that Michael Schumacher has finally finished "removing the rust" caused by the 3-year absence, as he managed to deliver a good deal of proficient driving skills when putting serious pressure and then overtaking the other competitors. He has also enjoyed great racing action while fighting against his team mate for achieving a better position. Nico Rosberg was less lucky yesterday, as a technical failure ended his race just a few laps before the official finish of the grand prix, which meant Michael took the 6th place from his countryman. Check out some new photos captured at Suzuka during the official events held yesterday after the jump!
