Stuttgart, Germany, Apr 15, 2011 - Daimler will adjust its reporting process as of Q1 2011. In order to give investors, analysts and media enough time to read and to analyse the company’s documents before trading starts on Xetra, beginning with the first quarter of 2011, the disclosure documents will be published at 7:30h CET.
In addition, Daimler will host a brief call for journalists from 8:00 – 8:30 CET, which will be also webcasted on the media website and investor relation website.
In order to also give US investors and analysts the chance to participate in the analysts and investors call, the timing of the analyst and investor call remains unchanged at 14:00 – 15:30 CET.
Please note: as a result of the adjusted reporting process we have scheduled new disclosure dates for 2011:
Q1 2011 disclosure on April 29
Q2 2011 disclosure on July 27
Q3 2011 disclosure on October 27
